Would either of you consider the new Mediation addition to the Hague Convention? It is up to the country that you are dealing with.

Has either of you mentioned this way forward? You are not in a relationship any more, this alters what you have in your life. It is heartbreaking relationship breakdowns.

I know it may sound not a good idea, but suppose you can say what you feel to a third party? These things tend to work themselves out, that is why talking helps. That is why Madrid Mediation are in practice. We have this in the UK too. It comes under Hague Convention.

Well my english is not bad at all. but for law is very bad and all this new words are new for me.
Unfortunatelly I had the same judge six time already, who is very very negative about my case.
As my solicitor and my barrister think his private family poblems the £ 150.000 he had hided behain my back and the car fraud of my car when I was pregnant and all this lies in court. are not relevant .
I dont know want to do anymore, as I have wrotte everybody in power here in England.
Ever in Spain I have e-mail President Rajoy, who was very kind in contact from his offices to my solicitor in Barcelona, and the e-mail back saying sorry we cant not help and interfiering with the law here, conctat the Embassy for help.
I am still waiting for the consulate and Embassy to call.

I cant believe tha a English judge left free of eight charges someone like him, suffer from bestifilia and child abussed and raped etc… just I cant believe the judge refuse social services involved in protect a five year old child.
Here in England everbody is about human right and child protection, but accident with childrems happens all the time. At least the is a dead boby not one care.
Next weeek a have another cocurt hearing number seven, who the same judge, just my luck and had being raped and rifle pointed and my child is in hight risk with him. and the judge say there is not evident.
What a sick world the judge are make for mother and childrems.
Never will be the same for a child, when they grow up and they know the truth how the father abussed the mother and still around they lives.
I am very dessapointed about English law.
